We are famous for our wet and dry aged steaks. Our steaks are wet aged on average 45 to 70 days, cut and then dry-aged for another 5 to 7 days. This extensive aging process is what separates us from our competition. While we're known for our steaks, we have something for everyone, even our baby back ribs!
