My husband and I had an incredibly thoughtful birthday celebration at The Americano. Everyone went above and beyond to make our dinner special. Upon being seated, our table was tastefully decorated with rose petals & a warmly greeted by our waiter. He gifted us a champagne toast & a delicious pair of rice balls to celebrate the occasion. We decide to split a couple items for dinner, starting with the Ceaser salad & meatballs. The Ceaser salad was special, there was a spicy crunch that made each bite flavorful. We shared the half chicken & charred broccolini as our main. The half chicken stole the show- it was perfectly prepared. My husband was tempted to ask for the recipe of the sauce. It was incredibly delicious! To say the least, the Americano dinner experience is 5 stars without a doubt.

Absolutely beautiful and the service is amazing and attentive by every staff Member you come across. The drinks magnificent and my favorite the Mediterranean octopus and baked Macaroni delicious.

We experienced the winter chalet. We loved the seating options and the cocktails (especially the espresso martini) were great and we also ordered the sliders and the gnocchi was amazing too.

I dined here on NYE for my anniversary. I expected it to be busy but not this unorganized. We waited over 45 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. While waiting we sat at the bar. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed because the bartenders were extremely overwhelmed which cause the service to lack attentiveness. The cocktails were ok. Didn’t seem to have a balance of flavors(heavy on a lot of the bitters), I assume because they were rushed. Once seated our server was great! She was very polite and attentive. We got our food in a timely manner. Once the food arrived the main courses were good. The sides were lack luster. The macaroni was dry and the broccolini under seasoned. Because we sat down so late we had to rush to reach another event, we couldn’t order an actual dessert but our waiter managed to gave us something small for our anniversary. It was really cute and read “One year down, forever to go!”. Lastly and probably the most upsetting part is upon reaching my hotel I realized the amount of food left on our plates has not reach our to go containers. Honestly appeared to be around half of what we had left made it there. Very upsetting for my post NYE 3am snack. We were Assisi required to pay a deposit to make a reservation that was not applied to our bill. Not that much but all together my experience was not great. Would not recommend to anyone.

Calamari sauce was really good and made the dish and the Bolognese was good. The prime ribeye was heavily salted and even after it was re-cooked, still cam back tasting of salt. The Espresso martini and tiramisu were both just okay. Customer service was excellent. Overall, I'm glad to have experienced the restaurant but would only return if someone else wanted to try it out.

The quality of the food shows that the restaurant has very low expectations for the culinary expertise of Atlanta residents. I got a medium well steak that was burned on the outside in the guise of a signature "char". It was unbearable to eat, so though I tried not to send it back, I did. The self declared manager proposed that I get the next steak butterflied, so I got a medium butterflied steak. I actually liked the texture of the new steak, however it was so salty that it was inedible. I made my friend taste it without saying what was wrong to make sure I wasn't crazy. She mentioned that it was salty. At this point I gave up on dinner! Meanwhile the manager seemed irritated at me because I wasn't satisfied with the horrible dinner. He was more distracted sending drinks to my friend, who he seemed taken by. I definitely would not return to this restaurant for dinner. Maybe I would return to the bar, because I liked the island style cocktail which I ordered.

The pasta is the star of the show - definitely very fresh and the Bolognese sauce was to die for. We are locals, came for our anniversary and were treated like royalty. Our server was fantastic and alway just appeared exactly when needed. I believe her name was Courtney.
