The Americano is an Italian-inspired steakhouse that is modern in approach and Italian in spirit. With an elevated, yet approachable menu it serves every taste, from fine steaks, such as prime and American Wagyu beef, to freshly made pasta, organic salads, Italian antipasti and Mediterranean seafoods including Italian crudi. The Americano blends a European style of highly personalized, tableside service with contemporary Italian-inspired dining to create an unmistakable, convivial experience within the heart of North Scottsdale. The Americano's culinary vision shares the spotlight with an inventive cocktail program that is playful and intricately devised. Wonderful evening, wonderful food, wonderfully paced. Server’s suggestion clearly reflected attention to detail and a highly professional ability to anticipate our tastes.

Our server Traci went above and beyond to make our dinner memorable. We were happy with her hospitality, suggestions and attentiveness. The wagyu bolognese was outstanding, the wine selections were impressive. We especially enjoyed the Two Kings Pinot Noir.

The food was amazing, the servers were so hard working and kind. My only thing was that it was almost too dark. Very pricey but you’re definitely getting your monies worth!

Amazing all around great ambience. Our server was amazing. The staff was amazing. Very welcoming. I highly recommend making a reservation here worth the drive no matter how far away you live and the food was top shelf. I am very particular about service atmosphere and food. This place knocked all of them out of the park *****

Sea Bass was disappointing - about the same quality and taste as what I'd expect for half the price at a chain. Service was very attentive, but perhaps a little too much so - staff needs to recognize when to appear.

Fantastic ambiance. The terrace was lovely and warm. Definitely recommend. Prices are higher but the food was so good. Atmosphere and food is worth it
