You'll find us nestled snugly right on Seatown Beach, hidden along one of the many coves that litter Dorset's famous Jurassic coastline. Once a smugglers haunt, the pub now serves a seasonal menu with a focus on seafood and fresh local produce.

Complete with wood fires and Palmers award winning ales, the pub is the perfect location to refuel after a day on the coastal path or for a special evening meal with friends or family.

Great food and atmosphere, friendly staff, it was a very cold day and snowing so it was a warm cosy welcome with the open fire burning

Food and service were great but we were on a tiny table that was not really big enough for two plates and two glasses. That space, in the room to the right as you enter should be for two diners or one table for a party of four. The couple next to us were so loud that it was hard to focus on our own conversation. We loved our waiter, Josh and our lunch would have been fab if we had not bee pushed into an inadequate space.

Great team, warm welcome and a relaxed vibe. Food is always very good. Sharing pie is wholeheartedly recommended. Best pie ever. Will be back soon.

Amazing dinner. Just what we were after. Cosy pub with great food and beer. I had the boullabaise which was so tasty and my partner the vegan Celeriac dish. Staff was really friendly and service charge wasn’t included in the bill. Place is probably even nicer during day time as it is by the sea.

I honestly don’t know how you manage to make your food tastier than the last time we came and ate with you. My wife noticed how my eyes were in a dream mode when I was eating. Thank you also to your wonderful and attentive staff
