Disappointing. Out of the steak tartare early and the croque madam was just ok. If there had been any issues, we would have loved the opportunity to address them right away and make things right on the spot. Regarding the dishes you ordered, our smoked salmon crêpe is always served cold, as is traditional, and our tartare is prepared in small batches daily to guarantee the freshest quality possible. The Authentique never fails to deliver. I love this place. It is a fantastic lil wine bar & eatery in East Nash with some of the best wine you’ll find outside of LA or NYC. Intimate ambiance and Alexandre and Philippine make you feel so welcome. What an amazing experience! This was our first time at the Authentique and we will definitely be back! The food was delicious, genuine French cuisine. They had the best crepes I’ve had in years!
