Welcome to The Avenue.

An all-occasion steak tavern that glows with sizzle and warmth. Serving fine steaks and tavern fare to family and friends in Grandview's historic Bank Block Neighborhood. Serving Dinner Nightly.

Join us for Monday Wine Night - select bottles of wine at select prices - every Monday 4p-9p! Our happy hour is Monday-Friday 4p-6p in our bar.

    Incredible, as always. We frequent The Avenue, whether it be for a casual evening on the patio or inside for a nice, celebratory meal. Each and every time, we've had outstanding service and the food has always been 10/10. We recently visited to celebrate two birthdays, and our experience was, as expected, top notch. Our server, Ryan, was probably the best we've ever had. He was thorough and never rushed us. Many review have stated issues with parking: we have always parked along the street on Grandview Avenue without issue. The Avenue will continue to be our go-to when looking for a consistent, delicious meal with impeccable service and drinks!

    We celebrated two birthdays in our group of six at The Avenue. We were seated on time and at a perfect window table. Our server did a good job taking our orders and taking into account the various food allergies in our group. The only problem we had was the fact that our food took a very, very long time to arrive. There was a group of 10 seated near us but the rest of the restaurant was sparsely filled, so that should not have delayed our food. Also, my soup did not come at the same time as the salads and I had to ask for it. Everyone’s food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Overall, we had a great dining experience.

    I dined at The Avenue with friends for my birthday and we had an outstanding time! Our server, Yusef, went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our evening. Our food was cooked exactly to our liking as well. All of the above is why The Avenue is one of my favorite restaurants in Columbus.

    I had the pleasure of dining at The Avenue recently, and I can’t praise our server, Yusef, enough. From the moment we sat down, Yusef made us feel welcomed and truly valued. His attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and thoughtful recommendations elevated our entire experience. He and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — from the timing of each course to making sure our drinks were always topped off. Yusef’s genuine care and exceptional service turned an already great evening into something memorable. Highly recommend this restaurant and their fantastic team!

    Ordered a medium steak. Came out rare. Sent back, came back very well done. Disappointed from a steak house.

    GO HERE NOW!!!!! Wonderful atmosphere! Beautiful space, Sinatra playing in the background, wonderful service, excellant food! Came for OSU game and wanted a great steak dinner. We will be back!
