Set in the Waldorf Astoria Washington DC, The Bazaar is the culmination of a 30-year dream for Chef José Andrés. Drawing inspiration from this iconic location, which first opened in 1899 and served as DC’s General Post Office until 1914, The Bazaar is a multi-level destination reinvented with avant-garde and Americana-inspired decor.

    Great experience at The Bazaar for lunch. Our server, Carlos, was informative, gracious, and efficient. He doubled as the bartender and made us exquisite Mezcal Old Fashioneds. Food was truly tasty, accompanied with in-depth explanations, courtesy of an exceptional wait staff. Definitely try the oysters, patatas bravas, and the burger!

    Way overpriced for a bunch of foam. Not worth the money.

    overpriced and underwhelming food. the $24 "taco" is a joke and should be removed from the menu. Drinks and ambience are great. The food menu needs a total revamp.

    The food is amazing.. the service was to be desired.. the waiter had no enthusiasm in serving or explaining the dishes... seems he wasn't interested to be there.. but the lady busgirl was amazing.. thank you Evelyn for elevating what Ronny couldn't do.. you deserve the tip we left not him. A waiter tapping on his pen as if we are wasting his time, and other times with his hands in pockets shouldn't be in a restaurant like The Bazar, really ruined our experience
