Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Sunday - Thursday between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.

In every bite it was an explosion of flavors, you can notice the quality of the ingredients and the delicate process they use to bring to the table a worthwhile dish.

We tried many small dishes and each was better than the last. Our server, Hector, also did a phenomenal job, he was very attentive and very knowledgeable. It's not an inexpensive meal, and the Air Bread may be overpriced, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and that was true at The Bazaar. You will not be disappointed by the food or the service.

Probably our favourite restaurant for a special night out. Quite amazing food, each dish with its own unique presentation and flavours! The staff are fantastic with superlative levels of service and a friendly, welcoming approach which many more stuffy michelin starred restaurants could learn from.! Can’t wait to get back 😄

This is an extraordinary restaurant. The chef is fabulous, and the Valentine's Day dinner was special, with items we haven't had, even though we've been to The Bazaar many times. Everything we ate was wonderful! The sommelier is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The service is professional and friendly. Highly recommend The Bazaar!
