    Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Sunday - Thursday between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.​

    Went last night for my wife’s birthday. Friendly and knowledgeable staff guided us through the evening. An amazing experience with great food and cocktails.

    We did the tasting menu with wine pairing. The food was inventive, delicious and inventive. Really liked just about every course, the sommelier was lovely and informative but didn't love the wines.

    We went for anniversary with two other couples: a ritual we have been doing for years. The food was delicious, the design of the space is truly beautiful, the service was terrific, and the chef even came out to say hello and talk about the various dish preparations. We had to leave to get to a nearby show, but we could have stayed for another hour just soaking it all in. It’s an expensive spot — no doubt — but it’s a great special occasion destination.

    In every bite it was an explosion of flavors, you can notice the quality of the ingredients and the delicate process they use to bring to the table a worthwhile dish.

    We tried many small dishes and each was better than the last. Our server, Hector, also did a phenomenal job, he was very attentive and very knowledgeable. It's not an inexpensive meal, and the Air Bread may be overpriced, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and that was true at The Bazaar. You will not be disappointed by the food or the service.
