    (This experience is currently only available on March 6, 2025) This is a unique, hands-on cooking class where you will learn how to make one of our most popular dishes, Big Martha's Pierogies! In this class you will be grouped with a maximum of ten people and will be receiving a Bedford embroidered apron to get the class started! You will be working with our Executive Chef, Vincenzo, while learning the step-by-step process of our famous Pierogies. On top of learning a cherished recipe of Martha Stewart, you and a guest of your choice, will have a VIP 4:00pm dinner reservation inside of our Brown Room. Included with your dinner, are two complimentary glasses of Champagne with our classic Caviar service. We can't wait to have you come learn and dine with us!

                                                      We first enjoyed a tasty drink at the bar (Perfect Manhattan) then headed towards our table for the main meal. We decided to split the tableside chicken and smashed potato. The chicken tasted great and the toppings for the potato were fresh and tasty. We liked the tableside flair, a nice treat. Our servers worked very hard to make our experience good, they were friendly and attentive. The price is what you'd expect for a strip restaurant but we were able to use our Caesars Rewards celebration dinner and points to cover the charge at a 1:1 rate. A great experience and tasty meal!

                                                      Beautiful restaurant! Waiter was wonderful and food was delicious! The lemon risotto with scallops was divine and the upside down lemon meringue pie was a wonderful surprise. Highly recomment!

                                                      All was exceptional except the service. Tables of 2 and 6 were seated after our table of 2. These tables were both served prior to ours. We waited nearly 25 minutes for our food to be served. The temperature of our food left us to believe it may have sat for awhile rather than being served to us quickly. Our server returned 10 minutes after our food was served and only asked one of us if we needed anything as she quickly moved on. Once we received our tab, we waited another 10 minutes for her to retrieve our payment. We did however leave a 20% tip.

                                                      We had the best dinner of our trip at The Bedford! I enjoyed a fresh Marth-Rita and delicious food. The meal was better then I had hoped, and full of yummy twists on traditional dishes. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

                                                      We were seated near the reservation time at 7:30pm. The brown room was wonderfully decorated and comfortable. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone came over to ask if we wanted water. About 10 more minutes before the waiter came over to take the cocktail order. Another 10 minutes before the cocktails arrived and we placed the food order. The waiter was very nice and the food was good but the time in between table visits and courses was entirely too long. The food arrived about 8:20pm. We finished the appetizers and entrees about 9:00pm. Another 10 minute before the waiter asked if we wanted dessert. The after dinner cordials and desert arrived in a few minutes. We had barely started enjoying our dessert and cordials at about 9:15pm when the host came to our table and said rudely that we needed to finish because another couple was waiting for the table. There were several open tables in the brown room and the other guests could have easily been seated next to or at another table adjacent to us. This entirety ruined the evening. There should have been better planning between reservations or faster service once seated and between courses. We will not dine here again because of the way we we were spoken too during our last course. For a $460+ price for dinner plus the $50 up charge for the brown room we would expect faster service and to be treated like Martha’ personal guests.

                                                      Arrived for dinner was seated promptly in a corner back room. Environment was nice. Staff were lacking in attention to detail. Took forever to get our drinks ordered. Finally placed an order for appetizer. Waiter comes back with drinks we place our dinner order. Waiting on appetizer, never comes out...kitchen brings our soup and salad, we send it back as we never received our appetizer. Finally get appetizer..it was ok...zucchini blossoms...they bring soup and salad out again before we finished...this is out of control. No one had come back to ask if we wanted another drink , both our glasses were empty and yes we wanted more wine. We explained our frustration..so the manager we are guessing came to the table and said I'm replacing your waiter with another waiter. We were told our waiter was leaving for the evening..he was still there when we left...food was good but operationally it's a failure. Another couple sat down next to us and experienced the same rushed poor service. MARTHA would be appalled.

                                                      We had a very nice dinner. Every course was outstanding. Large portions, well prepared and delicious. Service was good. A bit pricy but has been a tradition. We will be back again next year.

                                                      Our server was nice but the back waiter was slow with everything g and the bar was literally out of every white wine except some super bad Sav Blanc that tasted like perfume. We didn’t get a glass of wine until the meal was almost done and he was so embarrassed he left in the middle of his shift!! He told us he was going home and some random busser took over the table. For these prices? Come on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
