Coming from The Langley Tap, on the outskirts of Chippenham, and formerly of The Weighbridge Brewhouse & The Three Crowns in Brinkworth, we have moved back closer to Swindon.

    Excellent food and excellent service. Portion sizes were very generous (aside from the mushy peas with the haddock & chips). We had had 3 starters between the 5 of us, which proved to be plenty, given the generous portion sizes of the main meals. The desserts were also excellent. Very enjoyable evening!

    3 of us went today (28/11) for lunch and everything was amazing. we were the first in when it opened, and drinks order came followed shortly after by the drinks. We then ordered and shortly after the food was delivered. It was lovely and hot, fresh and really tasty. Everyone enjoyed. The portions were quite large and we all had enough with no room for dessert! The staff were lovely and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Coffee followed and then we left. the ambience was lovely, obviously popular with the locals too. I went once before, and forgot just how good it is! Will be back soon!!

    Great service and food is always very good . Preferred the dauphinoise potatoes to chips, but still great food.

    Friendly staff, comfortably warm on a cold day, staff attentive and food lovely, with fresh vegetables and crispy French fries. Just a little expensive for main course dishes
