    Antoine was incredibly helpful and welcoming and Scott the bartender was attentive and an expert at his craft. The Bison Bolognese and the Burrata Salad were highlights!

    We were visiting Banff and wanted to try this place out based on the menu. The food was a hit and miss - short rib and bison bolognese entrees. The service was subpar.

    This restaurant used to offer an amazing Dinner-for-two, with three variations of bison meat, and vegetables, for $135. Currently, that offer is only one cut of meat, with some vegetables, for $200. We ordered individual items off the menu, that were good, but didn't compares to their old menu. They also previously had an amazing smoked old fashion drink, where they used their own smoked sugar. Currently, the staff have no idea what that is. They tried to make a variation of it, but its not even close. This restaurant was always a must-go-to, every time we went to Banff, and I always raved about it to everyone I knew, but it no longer has that draw. This can be said for the last time we went as well, but I was hoping it would be better this time. Sadly, it was not, yet the prices continue to climb, as they offer less.

    We had the most lovely meal with a birthday surprise at the end. The food was fantastic (highly recommend the bison short ribs!) and the service was impeccable!

    It was amazing! Very happy we went there. The cocktails were fabulous, followed by the board, and pasta with a side salad and dessert. So glad we stopped there.

    We had a lovely evening. The food was delicious and the bartenders were delightful. The Bison made a birthday celebration throughly enjoyable!
