   Can’t say enough good things about this place. Our experience at the bistro and with chef Mike made our stay at Belair Mont Tremblant an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere at the restaurant was great but the food and service could not be beat… we’ve gone to a lot of restaurants in our life and can honestly say this food and Chef Mikes service was the best. We will be returning to Bélair Tremblant in the future just for Chef Mike. Our diner server, I believe his name was Mathieu? Was also exceptional and made our anniversary unforgettable. 5 stars!!

   The food was wow from salad to stak that melts in my mouth.The meal and chef were to perfection.I savored every bite.I highly recommend bistro to any foodie.Worth every penny.Wow

   Chef Mike was fantastic, my wife and I enjoyed talking with him. And enjoying the food he prepared for us. Would recommend anyone to come and enjoy the experience.

   Wonderful experience, we had oysters and beef tartare for appetizers, mushroom risotto and the “steak for two” as mains. All were very good, as were the drinks. Very good service, at times stressed by volume, but very helpful and accommodating. I flew in from Chicago for the weekend to see my daughter in Vermont. We drove up to this area for the weekend to relax and find good food. This was it! The meal was also a great value in term of pricing, at least in comparison to what we typically pay at home. Highly recommend, it was a great meal at Le Bistro Bel Air.

   I ordered duck breast; the server brought me duck leg. The sever then told me that it was a duck breast and walked away. It was a very dry duck confit leg. On the plus side, it is a great atmosphere and the breakfast at this restaurant is lovely.

   We dined on March 20. Unfortunately, we had to change our reservation twice by a half hour and we were very thankful that they could accommodate us, especially given the small size of the restaurant. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the dome, the wine and the food. We appreciated the Thursday pre fixe special. Service was a bit slow, we were there for 2.5 hrs. The area is interesting w other domes to stay in, a spa facility and sushi restaurant. It would be fun to stay in one of the domes for sure!

   Jolie expérience visuelle, très beau cadre. Les plats étaient bons sans être renversants compte tenu du prix. Le service est agréable et attentionné.

   Food did not meet expectations for the price point. Proteins overcooked and plating and components of the dishes did not live up to expectations.

    The food was fine, the view in the dome was beautiful, but the service was very slow and I would have expected more from what was written on the website.
