Perched right along Fiddling Lane, The Black Horse Monks Horton is as popular with locals as it is with visitors who pass through the area as they tour the Garden of England. Ideal for all the family, The Black Horse even has an enclosed children’s play area where the kids can have a bit of fun while you relax with some plates of food and a pint – plus, kids of all ages will love the bar billiards table. With exposed beams and brick floors, the rustic countryside feel will keep you coming back time and time again to this spot. Advance booking is recommended, particularly for their incredible Sunday carvery!

    Great carvery large selection of meat and vegetables and AMAZING pudding cart. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff make you feel right at home. We had a lovely meal.
