   We had a lovely dinner visiting with my family from Ireland. Our waitress was very professional and very well informed and explained to us about any of the dishes on the menu. We had a lovely night, the food was delicious, nice choice and variation on menu. Thank you.

   The servers were accommodating and attentive. The cocktails, mocktails and food were all very good. We had the poached pear salad (with whipped citrus cheese, crispy prosciutto, candied walnuts & basil vinaigrette), vegan Vietnamese sautéed glass noodles, one of the nightly special - spicy karage chicken on toast, and the oxtail empanadas. I loved all the dishes and would have had dessert but had no room for it. I would highly recommend the poached pear salad!

   Absolutely amazing dinner! A very welcome change from overpriced and average food on Las Vegas Boulevard! Will visit every time we are in LV!

   The rainbow trout is to die for, the short rib was very disappointing, the scallops on crispy rice were fantastic, and the swiss roll was incredible.

   The pork jowl was AMAZING. My only regret was not having enough room to eat it all following the lamb dumplings.

   An overall pleasurable experience. The pear salad and scallion rice cake was excellent. The entree portions are also generous. For some reasons the kimchi fried rice that came with an entree was mildly cold, but I didn’t really care because it was still delicious. I personally feel the food did not feel like Vietnamese fusion, but it didn’t mean it wasn’t delicious. Try to sit on the side tables since the glare from cars shining into the restaurant can become a nuisance in the evening.

    About the only disappointment here, was not being able to met chef Tran, as she was absent from the restaurant that evening. Otherwise, the service was great and the food and drinks were creative and delicious. It is a bit of a drive or a somewhat expensive cab/Uber to this eatery, but, based on our time there, it will be well worth your effort.
