   Lovely birthday lunch at my fave pub, the roast dinner and dessert were delicious, the pub was warm, the restaurant staff were really great and even went and got us the lemon meringue pie we love, a big thank you to them for all the help it was fantastic and I had the best birthday!

   Amazing food as always. I would highly recommend dining at The Blacksmiths Arms. A large group ordered just before us but it was certainly worth the wait. We had two scampi and chips, one steak and ale pie and I had the most delicious ham,egg and chips resulting in four empty plates! 😋

   It took 50 minutes to serve the food to us which is a bit slow but we were all pleased with the quality and price of the meals.

   Outstanding location with quality food and friendly service. We visited The Blacksmith’s Arms for Sunday lunch and were pleased to see they offer a small roast dinner on the menu which was perfect for my elderly Mother. The weather was amazing on the day we booked so we sat outside in the courtyard surrounded by beautiful hanging baskets. This dog friendly pub is definitely worth a visit.

   Very well cooked food for all of us and tasted good. The waitress and waiter were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they were both so polite. Very nice evening. Would return.
