    We’ve eaten at the Blue Heron a few times before and enjoyed our dining experience, but unfortunately this time was a bit disappointing. It was my husband’s birthday and while the hostess did greet him with a birthday welcome, it would’ve been nice to get some sort of a treat on the house at the end of the meal. Our waiter was quiet and awkward, the appetizer was disappointing, and my entree was a bit blasé. Thankfully husband’s ribeye was a hit, but otherwise our overall time there was quite a let down. Normally we’d recommend this restaurant but the is time made us doubt going back.

    Not quite the fine dining experience we expected. Food was subpar, chicken was presented raw, no fountain drinks - a pretentious menu that couldn’t be lived up to. Pasta was firm.

    Another FANTASTIC meal at Blue Heron!!! The poblano fries are out of this world. Pair them with the whipped feta and you have a hit.

    Staying for soak and dine. Had fish tacos. Tortillas seemed greasy. Side slaw mayonnaise soaked. Wine $16/glass!

    The salmon was excellent but the ribeye steak was okay but not great. Service was first class but the restaurant was on the noisy side. All in all a good experience.

    Had lunch here before heading to the day spa. Very clean, beautiful, quiet atmosphere. The food was great, especially the whipped feta with pita and the poblano fries. Unfortunately, we were just visiting Santa Fe, otherwise I would dine there again!
