    Location was great but the food was average and our server was below aveerage.

    Even though the restaurant got slammed with people after the St. Patrick’s Day parade, the wait staff was attentive and kept us informed on the status of the delivery of our meals. Everyone we encountered was polite, smiling, and apologetic. We have been to The Boat House numerous times and this was truly the busiest we have ever seen it. So hats off to the staff for keeping everyone happy. On another note, the food was great, as usual!

    The food was good. It took 35 minutes just to get our appetizers. But on the up and up, I definitely will be back

    Disappointing! Food was not good at all. Seared Tuna was eh, guessing it was frozen. Very little flavor and small portion. Smoked Salmon was basically just salmon with capers and served with stale crackers that were served in the wrapper. Again, very little flavor. Steak & Blue Cheese Flatbread was a good portion though. Flatbread was not cut and the steak / cheese was all piled in one area pretty much. Steak was pretty fatty but at least this had some flavor. Service was decent but our server was spread thin as he had a lot of tables. First and Last visit!

    Had a wonderful experience at the Boathouse on Naples Bay. The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. The server Jessica was very accommodating, knew the menu and very pleasant. She along with the food will be the reason we will come back. Also the reception area with Hayden was very accommodating.

    It took over 15 minutes before a waitress came over to even bring water to the table. After ordering our meals, the weight was an hour seafood was over cooked. It was the weekend before St. Patrick’s Day, but that’s still unacceptable
