The Bounty in Salida offers traditional American comfort food with Asian, Mexican and other accents. Their motto of "simple, classic, fresh" serves them well. The family-friendly, welcoming atmosphere and handsome settings make this a popular spot, so much so that they even have a gift shop with jewelry, books, souvenirs, maps and more. The Bounty features starters like potato skins and chicken wings along with a selection of soups and salads. Main courses include steaks, seafood, fried chicken, southwestern selections and signature dishes like Colorado meatloaf and bacon macaroni and cheese. They also have elk and buffalo burgers for a local feel. The pies are made from scratch, and there is an ample selection of desserts.
