Excellent variety of food.....esp seafood and desserts!! Our server, Jun was very attentive, polite and accommodating. Jun, thank you for my daughter's birthday surprise!! That was very thoughtful of you. The other staff members were also very welcoming and efficient, making sure that the food lines were clean and filled at all times. My daughters enjoyed the soft serve ice cream, chocolate fountain and endless offerings of bit size cakes. My husband enjoyed the fresh sashimi, snow crab legs and oysters. Note: Hyatt now offers kamaainas a 20% discount on Mon-Thurs IMO, Hyatt is the best buffet in HNL!!

Great food, atmosphere, and value. We ate here during our last night in Hawaii of our 10-day stay and it did not disappoint us. It was very convenient since we were staying at the Hyatt Regency. Though you do have a time limit, we found that we had enough time to get our food, eat, and relax after to enjoy the music and ambiance. Make sure that you eat here at least one night during your stay.

We enjoyed The Buffet at Hyatt so much that we decided to go back again! We sure had our fill of crab legs, sashimi, poke and more! Again, the best deal in Waikiki, especially if you’re a Kama’aina!

This was my second time here. For the most part the food quality was about the same as my previous visit. Always loved the kalbi. However they did change the seafood section where before you could help yourself to as much crab legs, oysters, ahi poke and sashimi that you wanted. But now you are served those items on a plate and if you want more you'll need to go back and ask for another serving. It's really not that inconvenient but when you're deep into your crab shell cracking and eating you just want to sit and keep cracking. Not have to clean up to go and get more. But I can understand that maybe people were taking more than they could eat and it gets wasted. The soft serve ice cream still needs to be more "wow" but did hit the spot after eating all that seafood. Our server named Pam was fantastic! She was very attentive and always made sure we had what we needed. Overall the food was good and the atmosphere cozy. Cost $89/per person and automatic 19% gratuity for parties of 6 or more. Reservations highly recommended through the Open Table app.

I heard great things about The Buffett! I went upt to 8 rounds of food, mainly the seafood was my center of attention. The snow crab legs were amazing even with no sauce! I could not breathe after my 8 rounds of food!

Food was a letdown. Needs more variety. Seafood was snowcrab, shrimp, sashimi of tuna only, oyster shooters, and sushi was just futomaki and hand rolls. Hot food section was insufficient. Korean hot food section with cold food. Drinks like soda / tea not included for the price. Furniture run down. Go to other hotel buffets…
