Firstly I tried booking through their Facebook messager and no reply. I tried through WhatsApp and no reply. And then I ordered from OpenTable. I thought they are extremely busy but it was very quiet in the restaurant tonight. There were customers only 3 of us and 2 other people.
IPA my birthday friend ordered was not very nice . So we ordered other beers.
We ordered mixed grill. It was really big meal and couldn’t eat all. As that amount of foods, it is not expensive. I think reasonable price but half amount left over went to my dog’s stomach.
Lamb chop was very nice, lobster mac and cheese was delicious, chorizo sausage were okay but I don’t know why sausages and I ate just one mouth. Chips were okay but it wasn’t crispy ( even fried twice)
Sirloin Steak was very dry, too salty and chewy ( even I struggled to cut the steak by knife and folk) and they over cooked ( rare was medium well done and medium well done was soggy well done cooked and fried tomatoes, potatoes and onion cake were okay but everything too oily.
It was my friend’s birthday dinner. It was very important birthday after his big operation. We were so happy to have his birthday . But they even didn’t tell him happy birthday.
All tables were empty when we arrived.
We chose nice place to have seats but the table was oily and sticky. I asked them to wipe table. There are at least 5 floor staffs in the restaurant for 5 customers. But table was dirty, menu were so oily and sticky.
Anyway we went to the pub after dinner and enjoyed night
