Chef Collaborative Series

Jon Barr is a Pittsburgh chef with over a decade in the industry, currently working as the Executive Sous Chef for catering at DiAnoia's Italian Eatery. Shortly after the start of the pandemic, he opened Haskel's Delicatessen—a Jewish food truck where pastrami and crispy latkes were served alongside delicious pickles. When he's not eating, cooking, or planning what to eat next, you can find him and his wife Jaime chasing their daughter Eleanor around a park or museum, inevitably headed toward ice cream
