It was our first time in there. The place is amazing beautiful!!! The food was good, but we felt somehow pressured to order our meals. Our waitress didn’t even asked what to drink. She did offered water to everybody. It was not a great experience. I have been waiting to eat here. We were sat 15 mins after our scheduled time. No issue. Once sat it took 15 mins for anyone to return to the room we were in and even greet us. The server, Shelly seemed overwhelmed and was not very educated on the menu. She forgot to bring my drink. My pot of tea was cold, and when I asked to refresh with hot water she was confused. It took a while for the food to come. I ordered the choose 2, chicken salad and Chicken velvet soup. The soup was good, it was warm, not hot. The chicken salad was dry and hard to eat because of the bones and other non-edible parts of the chicken. I feel like we spent most of the time looking for our server and she just wasn’t there. She kept saying I’ll be right back to never return. Another staff member came and we got their attention, but the server never arrived at our table or the other 2 tables. Another server came and saw my credit card and asked if I was ready, however she couldn’t help because the other table had been seated 15 mins without being greeted and the other table placed their food order over an hour prior and it hadn’t arrived. I want to go back to try the dinner menu, but I wasn’t overly impressed with this first visit and the food was not as expected. Was it an off day? Understaffed? Where was management?請問這對你有幫助嗎？
