It was not a great experience. I have been waiting to eat here. We were sat 15 mins after our scheduled time. No issue. Once sat it took 15 mins for anyone to return to the room we were in and even greet us. The server, Shelly seemed overwhelmed and was not very educated on the menu. She forgot to bring my drink. My pot of tea was cold, and when I asked to refresh with hot water she was confused. It took a while for the food to come. I ordered the choose 2, chicken salad and Chicken velvet soup. The soup was good, it was warm, not hot. The chicken salad was dry and hard to eat because of the bones and other non-edible parts of the chicken. I feel like we spent most of the time looking for our server and she just wasn’t there. She kept saying I’ll be right back to never return. Another staff member came and we got their attention, but the server never arrived at our table or the other 2 tables. Another server came and saw my credit card and asked if I was ready, however she couldn’t help because the other table had been seated 15 mins without being greeted and the other table placed their food order over an hour prior and it hadn’t arrived. I want to go back to try the dinner menu, but I wasn’t overly impressed with this first visit and the food was not as expected. Was it an off day? Understaffed? Where was management?請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Our server was very helpful and explained the menu to us. She checked our table multiple times while we ate and brought boxes to contain our leftovers from the generous portions. The pieces of cake we ordered were huge and very delicious. This our second time here and we really enjoyed our experience. Food was delicious and the ambience was elegant! Server was friendly with great suggestions for food although service was slow. It was pretty noisy at lunch. People seem to complain about the prices and while they were high they are similar to other restaurants on Disney property. The carrot cake was 10/10 and can be shared by several people. Overall great lunch experience!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Put us in the side room, terribly noisy could hardly hear a word the waitress said, not her fault. Very Kitsch food nothing to write home about. Smallest latte I have had anywhere in the world. Asked for DVC or annual pass holder discount to be told not until after midday how crazy.
