Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We started our meal with cocktails - I had the In Fashion and my husband had a gin martini with blue cheese-stuffed olives. The martini was shaken table-side, which was nice. Our meals were perfection. We started with the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella, then we both had steaks - I had the strip steak au poivre and my husband had the 10-oz filet. Both steaks were cooked as ordered. I had the Brussels sprouts, which were delicious. My husband had the asparagus, which was also great. We were celebrating our 49th anniversary, and so we were treated to a dessert sampler with the chocolate cake and cheese cake. The dessert portions were just right, following a bid meal. We ate every bite. The service was impeccable, as always. Our server remembered us, though it had been a few months since we were last in for dinner. Nice touch that made us feel welcome and appreciated. The entire staff worked together seamlessly to make sure entrees were delivered when ready. Overall, quite a nice way to celebrate our special day.

    Deanna was our waitress and she was outstanding and ensured we enjoyed every moment we were there!! We will be asking for her again! She is fantastic!!! 💜

    Service and dinner was fantastic!!! We got the ribeye and special bone in filet and they were cooked to perfection. Mark N was professional and took amazing care of us. Can't wait to come back!!!
