Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. I’ve been to several other capital grilles and this one just wasn’t great. Perhaps because it was a Monday night and their best servers work weekends, but the service left much to be desired. We had to ask for water numerous times, waited a while for the drink menu/ipad. Whenever I go to a CG I know I will be taken care of completely, even with little things like my napkin being folded while I’m in the restroom, not here. The lobster tail special wasn’t available anymore so I added on a regular lobster tail to my entree and not only was the lobster tail add on dry and lacked flavor, it was more expensive than the entree itself. I will go to other locations for a better experience.

We went for my husbands birthday . Server did not seem very informed on wine list , and not as attentive as we usually would see. Both myself and mother in law ordered the 10oz filet , medium. Both were well undercooked but once returned - delicious! Manager also offered us a free wine as apology. Also - I thought I made mention on making the reservation that it was my husbands birthday but no mention from server or wait staff. Overall beautiful ambiance and delcious .

Celebrating 25 years with my Yoga and Pilates instructor. Courtney, our server, was excellent. Surprised us with Anniversary dessert. She represented what Capital Grill is all about. The Best

Food was mediocre- strip steak was stringy and very undercooked. After we ate there were mice running all over the dining area where we were. We alerted the hosts and they didn’t seem fazed by it. Very disappointing for the price.
