Disappointed again! Been going to The Capital Grille for the past 20 yrs for our treat before Christmas. For the last several years we have been disappointed in the quality of the food and the modifications we have had to make after the food was served. Last night my wife asked for medium for her steak. It came out rare. We sent it back and they just reheated it medium. My Sea Bass was luke warm when it arrived at the table If I sent it back, they would have reheated it and it would have been over cooked. This is the last time we will do our treat dinner before Christmas at Capital Grille
