Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Jack was out server and he was amazing! Very attentive and pleasant! We had a show to attend and he got everything out quickly in a manner where we didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable! He was the perfect server!

My only complaint is despite having made a reservation. We often have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for our table.

We were celebrating a birthday and everybody was very nice and service was wonderful as always. Food was delicious except for the creamed spinach. Not as good but still a wonderful evening

Our anniversary dinner was phenomenal! It was also my birthday and they had two cards on the table, confetti, and two desserts, one for birthday and one for anniversary, which was an unexpected fabulous touch! Our waiter was attentive and fantastic. The bone in filet was cooked perfectly, the brussels sprouts were amazing as usual and the potatoes au gratin delicious. I am happy to see that the Grill is back as my favorite restaurant! The Stoli Doli was great also.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening this past Saturday. Our wait staff was Johnny. He was pleasant, friendly and very attentive throughout the evening even though the restaurant was very busy. The food was excellent, we are looking forward to our next visit.
