Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I had the cup of Lobster Bisque and my entree was Salmon. The quality of the soup was below Capital Grille’s normal standard in taste as well as the texture of the soup. The Salmon was dry and overcooked. I go to Capital Grille’s at least 3 times a year. This was my first time being disappointed in my meal. Our server was fantastic!

    Everyone at this location consistently deliver on excellence. From the greeting at the front door to our server, Sue greeting us and remembering every tiny detail. Service never faltered once. The food was all delicious and cooked to perfection and Manny came by to make sure everything was perfect! Thank you for your hospitality.
