Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The service was excellent! Our server Erica was the absolute best! The food was great with the exception of my steak. I ordered medium well, it came out medium rare, was sent back and after an extended wait was returned well done. To avoid any further delays I accepted it, but didn’t eat much of the steak given the incorrect temperature and cold sides. However, when hot, the Brussel Sprouts and Scalloped potatoes are top notch!

Outstanding food and service. We had fantastic service from Dominic and he helped with several recommendations. The oysters were some of the best we’ve had, tuna tartare was delicious, sea bass buttery and cooked perfect, seared tuna also great. Dirty goose martinis were very smooth, and wine very flavorful. They provided free birthday dessert after dinner which was also great. One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time from start to finish. Only thing not 5 star was price, it is expensive.

What a pleasure! We had to ask about the wagyu special, but then had that menu delivered. So tasty and a good value. We like eating in the elegant bar area.

Rhiannon our server and Trace her assistant are ust the best. This place just gets better and better every time we go. They made our birthday celebration an awesome experience.

We had such excellent service our waitress was wonderful in explaining the menu and drinks and accommodating us with our food. Several other staff checked on us as well and everyone was very kind and on top of cleaning and clearing items as we finished. We will definitely return. This was our first visit and It was our 12 anniversary celebration every thing was perfect. it was a little bit louder than I expected which made conversation hard but that can’t be helped.
