Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The experience is always top tier. Nick and Carlie were amazing. I just truly wish they would reinforce the original rules about attire and dress code. It takes away from the experience and the integrity. When you’re spending money like that you want quality and class. I also am young and I own a business and I stand on integrity and the rules to make sure my clientele and space is valued. I grew up on fine dining and we always dress up.

    We had the 24 ounce 24 day aged Porter house that only six Capital grille’s are Testing to put back on the menu. End the Test put it back on the menu immediately. It was phenomenal. Best steak I’ve had in years.

    Their service is usually excellent but not that night. Neglectful service that would almost never check on us. Warm sparkling wine and too warm red wine. Forgotten drink order that had to be reminded. Overcooked stake. The house was packed so they might not be prepared to deal with so many customers.

    Really not up to par service, food was ok, cocktails were just ok. Not the capital grille experience I’m typically used to. Need better tenured professional servers

    Arthur our waiter/bartender were outstanding! They were super accommodating when our group ballooned from 4 to 14! What a great experience?

    The filet with onions and mushrooms were delicious. Others in our party really enjoyed the sea bass and tuna. We had creamed spinach, au gratin potatoes and Brussels sprouts. The sprouts were very good! The bacon appetizer and the calamari were fantastic starters! Our server was very informative and patient.

    The food, ambience, service and experience was excellent and beyond expectations! We were celebrating an anniversary and they decorated the table, gave the couple a card, Champagne for all and a special dessert . We were all thrilled with the evening!
