Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great appetizers. My $77 bone in Filet was quite overcooked and not even worth finishing. They gave me a dessert to make up for it, but still disappointing. Overall a nice place, but I was expecting a much better steak.

    We had an incredible experience here. If you have the chance, PLEASE REQUEST MIKE!!! He is the most personable, fun, and knowledgeable server I’ve had in years. The steak was beautifully done. The au gratin potatoes- out of this world. Great steak dinner. With a cozy, traditional steakhouse environment

    Food was amazing. We had a last minute show come up and our waiter helped us get our food fast and made sure we would be on time. Would definitely recommend/go again!!

    First-time to Cap Grill. Were seated in the back room, table for two, with the quiet ambiance we were looking for. Our server (Elixabeth) was perfectly attentive, engaging, and helpful with decisions. The bone in tenderloin was at the top of best meals ever. Will definitely return.

    Absolutely incredible experience and will be dining again! All of the food was amazing, service was incredible and at a great pace, absolutely loved it. The one thing I didn't love was that, although there was a dress code, some patrons were wearing short sleeved shirts, graphic tees, and shorts - which made my partner and I feel a little silly for taking the dress code so seriously. But otherwise, 10/10 and I will be going again! (Also, the prices were far more reasonable than I thought!)
