Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My wife and I visit a few times a year. We’re tied to people that frequently visit. Out of the 6/7 times we’ve been there, this visit was in the top 2. We appreciated the staff very much, my steak and lobster was perfect! My wife was also very satisfied. Thank you!

    We love the Capital Grill and always choose to Go here for my husband’s birthday. It was very busy and we waited a good 10 minutes for our table and then I was disappointed with my Steak being way over cooked. We will still go back but just disappointed with the food this time

    Our waiter Josh made our experience super special. He treated us to dessert & champagne which was so special to our holiday meal. Our experience was so special, food was beyond delicious!

    I'm more of a local independent restaurant guy with supporting creative local people, but once in a while, I can't resist the best chain restaurant in the country, Milwaukee's Capital Grille. Wow, outstanding service, food, atmosphere. Wine list could use some help with older vintages and hard to find stuff like Brunello, Barolo, Bordeaux, Phillip Togni Cabs, Keenan Reserves.

    Seems weird to call it a value because it was not inexpensive but we have had similarly priced meals, and even more expensive, that were not nearly as good. This was the best meal we have had in a significant time, if not ever. It was incredible. And our server, Mark, made the night absolutely perfect!!!!

    Friend & I treated ourselves to a special holiday dinner before MSO Holiday Pops Concert and we were not disappointed! Capital Grille service was top notch as usual from valet, hostess, coat check, waiter team, manager, and bartender! Festive and professional delivery dining atmosphere. Enjoyed the filet medallion entree with Brussels sprouts and lobster bisque soup. Coconut cream pie was outstanding! Thanks to the entire team for their impeccable service for an enjoyable evening!
