Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Highly disappointed to have made reservations well in advance only to be seated in the loud bar area. Asked to be put in the dining room and was rudely told it would be another 30 minute wait. For me this dinner was supposed to be a very special celebration. What a bummer. I can’t say I will be going back anytime soon. Service would have been better if you didn’t need to yell to place your order. Food was good. Not the best that I’ve had at the Capital Grille.

    We love this Capital Grille and have been there 4 times since the opening, including Thanksgiving. The steaks are ridiculously good. Service and cocktail menu is amazing. Three of us had steaks and one had the scallops and she said they were delicious. Would go back in a heart beat!

    Kitchen is slow…. took 35-40 min for steaks to show up, then forgot a side dish which then took another 20 min to show up

    Celebrated my 60th birthday with my wife. We had an amazing experience! Delicious steaks with amazing salads and a tasteful complimentary desert. The entire staff went out of their way to make me feel special for my birthday. This place is incredible and is more than going out to dinner, it’s an experience! Highly recommended!
