Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Our first time at the newly opened Newtown PA location. We were celebrating a family member's milestone birthday. The birthday touches were so thoughtful. The wait staff and food were excellent. This is definitely a great choice for a special dinner (for personal or business). We look forward to our next visit.

Excellent lamb chop appetizer and of course steaks were excellent. Our server was very attentive (Alexandra), refilling water glasses without being asked, asking if we needed anything, etc., without being intrusive. We will be back. VERY glad we chose the Grille for a special occasion with our friends.

This was our first time at the Capital Grill in Newtown and it was an outstanding experience. The food and service were excellent and we give a special thanks to our server Alicia. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because it was a birthday celebration and nobody at the restaurant acknowledged it.

Did a great job for our anniversary dinner. We were a little bit late but they were very accommodating. Great job with food and service. We will definitely come back!

Excellent head server. Wine overpriced but there are a few reasonable bottles for purchase. Communication at entrance could be improved re when table will be available, where to stand/sit. All aspects of the meal were outstanding.
