Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The bone-in ribeye definitely needed more salt. Parmesan truffle fries were excellent.

    I’ve been dining every year at Christmas time at the Capital Grill for the past 10 years. Even during Covid when tents were set up outside. We enjoy the food and service so much it’s become a tradition. Last night we went again and were seated upstairs. It was very nice to have a different view and honestly was more spacious and just as beautiful as the main floor. We were seated promptly and our server was immediately at our table to take wine orders. When we all said we weren’t drinking wine for starters she started to clear the wine glasses. I said I want a different cocktail and she said she would be back because she needed to bring the glasses downstairs.

    The service as wonderful. They have a a small Private room which was great since we had a 2 year old with us. When they found out it was Great grandma’s birthday they made it festive and brought out desert with a candle . We will definitely have be back

    What an amazing meal!! I had the veal chop and my boyfriend ordered the 16oz bone in filet mignon. Both were delicious and melted in our mouths. The cocktails (cosmos and wine) were also very good. Our server, John, was very personable and gave outstanding service. I would highly recommend this steakhouse to anyone looking for an amazing steak dinner.

    The four of us arrived a little early for our reservation, we were warmly welcomed, asked if we needed our coats checked and led to our table. We were asked what kind of water we preferred and if we wanted other kinds of beverages. We were told about the daily specials and given time to peruse the menu. We chose to split the beet and goat cheese salad and to split a Caesar salad. We split two mains, perfectly prepared four double cut lamb chops and a perfectly prepared Filet Mignon. Desserts included a Crème Brûlée, fresh berries with vanilla bean crème anglaise. All was wonderfully prepared and presented along with a perfectly attentive wait staff. They have a spacious bar you might like although we did not avail ourselves this time. Enjoy!

    I really enjoyed it... everything was a five star experience from the time we got there to the time we left and the food was great. My waitress was amazing… The next time I return I will go there again.

    Arrived earlier than our scheduled reservation and they were able to seat us right away. We were celebrating my husbands birthday with a show and dinner. Staff was amazing. Rian our server was wonderful. She was Informative and attentive. Food was spectacular. Would highly recommend when in the city for the holidays or a show.
