Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I went to Capital Grille to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and we had such an amazing time! The staff was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The food was delicious, and I was very pleased with everything. They even decorated the table for his birthday and wrote a card, which made us feel so special. It was a welcoming experience, and I loved it!

    Every time we visit this Capital Grille it’s a treat of an experience from the environment, the food, to the extremely attentive, kind, and service-focused staff. Excellence and warmth defines them. This visit we tried an uncustomary seafood approach- the « grand plateau » was amazing- a substantial presentation of oysters, lobster, shrimp, crabmeat. Not to miss! Can’t wait for our next visit.

    This is our favorite restaurant ! We know the waiters and they are so friendly. It was a Birthday Dinner and a Birthday dessert was given by the restaurant! Another wonderful night!

    The Capital Grille is my fave American steakhouse. It's always exceptional, and they also helped me celebrate my birthday while being low-key about it, very nice touch!
