Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Wagyu and wine pairing was great! Ran out of the caviar - disappointing…but understandable. I’d recommend 2nd glass of wine not be as expensive as listed. Server was great but forgot about us when returning the check… dragged out the night. All in all good experience and will return!

Always a great experience at the Capitol Grille. A special place with great food and service. Bill Sheridan our waiter made our night and we will e back again soon

We celebrated 2 birthdays. We were in a private room(we did not request it but appreciated it). Awesome service team. Food was great !! We always come here for family celebrations….A+ !

Dayanna it is the best human being best server the nicest Swedish most professional person we have whenever we die anywhere, we love to come and stay at Diana section as she always provides unbelievable attention and caters to all our needs. Tonight on a Saturday Michael and his entire team worked tirelessly to ensure the entire Restaurant are being serviced and handled to upmost professional way possible. I have seen every single person working so hard to make sure everybody is pleased with their meals and receiving Grace service thank you Michael Diana and The Capital Grille team

The service was good. However, we did not get the waiter that we requested. The wait between the appetizer and the entrée was entirely too long. The beet salad was on the skimpy side with very few beets. My husband ordered a cup of soup. The cup was very small. It seemed like we were getting less food for higher prices. The Capital Grille is my favorite restaurant and And I was very disappointed. I was celebrating my birthday, and the whole experience was a letdown.

What a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary! Our server, Dave, was incredible. Very professional and courteous, as well. Ribeye was delicious and so was the cold shellfish appetizer. Worth every dollar. Thank you!! 😊
