Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The blue point oysters tuna tartare and beet salad as starters were perfection. The Pineapple Stolis martini’s are the best drink anywhere. Filet and ny strip cooked exactly to our preference. coconut custard and cheesecake are heaven in every bite. Our server Richie Bruno knows how to make guests feel special and caters to their any needs. One of our 3 experiences at any establishment for a dinner date.

Famous calamari was nothing to brag about. Lobster 🦞 bisque was terrible 😫 ( tasted like something you buy from Costco and had no flavor, although they did put a good amount of lobster in. The NY strip and sides were good.

I had a strip steak au poivre and my wife enjoyed twin lobster tails, both made to our liking. We then shared parmesean truffle fries and we not disappointed. Our server, Juan, never disappeared and helped us enjoy a wonderful evening out.

The hostess left us on hold for almost 15 minutes. Trying to let them know that we were running behind schedule. On arrival, after we checked in, the hostess were gone and we couldn't find anyone to let us know how much longer it was going to take for us to be seated.
