Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our annual Christmas Eve dinner was exceptional. The steak was cooked perfectly. The sides and desserts were delicious. Our waitress, Audrey, was very professional and attentive.

    We had a fantastic Christmas Eve dinner. The ambiance was cozy and festive, making it perfect for a family holiday meal. Each plate was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We all had steak for our entrée, which was truly a highlight of the evening. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made sure we felt special throughout the night.     Never fails! TCG always knocks it out of the park for our anniversary. They always goes above and beyond to make it memorable which is why it's a no brainer to go back every year. Thank you, TCG, for another lovely outing!

    Michaela Kowalski, server assistant was wonderful, Bryan Valladares our server was sweet and accommodating and Dane the manager and Daniel the assistant manager always make us feel extremely special. Thank you for a lovely dining experience
