I was on the fence with a few other options but I am glad I went to The Capital Grille. I had one of the best meals in a long time, and the most important part is service was IMPECABLE. I sat at the bar because I was by myself and Jennifer took great care of me; she was polite, the right amount of conversation, a complete badass behind that bar. Definitely coming back

Un filete fantástico, perfectamente cocinado. Los dos tomamos un dry-aged New York Strip, uno "au poivre" y el otro frotado con café de Kona y salsa de chalota. Las guarniciones también estaban deliciosas, al igual que los entrantes y el postre. Y la selección de vinos es buena. Lo malo: los platos llegaron demasiado rápido y las raciones eran demasiado grandes. El servicio, sin embargo, fue muy amable.

The cheeseburger is hands down the best cheeseburger in all of Costa Rica. It comes with parmesan truffle fries that are to die for- accompanied with the best service at any restaurant in CR.

Even though when I think about Capital Grille I think of steaks first, they also know how to make a great Salmon. I asked for my Salmon with some lemon butter sauce on some asparagus and they delivered! Excellent lunch!

Open table debería aumente el costo del restaurante por persona porque el valor sugerido es más bajo de lo que realmente cuesta

Have been to Capital Grille many times and was excited to see there is a location in San Jose so decided to go while traveling here. Knowing the company has high standards and expected it to be top quality. Ribeye was overcooked and dry, au gratin and lobster Mac and cheese were undercooked and were swimming in a watery liquid rather than a thick creamy sauce. Service was great but even when mentioning the steak was overcooked nothing was done.
