Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     What a great night! We celebrated our 16th anniversary here and asked for our favorite server, Rodrigo. He actually came in on his day off just for us! We rec'd flowers, rose petals, free dessert and the food was outstanding. Wonderful experience!

    Went to celebrate the Maine Corps Birthday. The food and service were perfect. Luis, also a Jarhead, was super enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and accessible. His timing was spot on.

    Overall, had a very good experience, with the food being excellent. This would have easily been a 5 star rated review; but, delays with dessert arrival, along with our server and manager having system trouble in using gift cards, both without our server coming to our table timely to notify why the delays. Also, the parking lot is small and crowded, so while the valet is complimentary; I do not like valet parking.
