Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. While this is a high end steak house, it reeks of corporate. Everything was good, mind you, but not great. At least not great enough to justify the prices. They do get kudos for acknowledging birthday reservations with a card and confetti on the table when you arrive. Nice touch there.

The fact that our table was right by the door leading back to the kitchen, crumbled all ambience! Hearing managers, general managers, walk out and high voices as well as servers in and out. Felt like my table was in the middle of the kitchen and not in the dining room room. Just make sure you tell them not to sit at the table by the kitchen door. Not really worth the $530 meal.

Our Waitress Christine P was fabulous and food was delicious! Only issue we had was the bar area! Sat at the bar waiting on our table and it took 10-15 minutes to even be acknowledged my a staff member! Then, they took our order separately: my daughter, then had to flag someone down to take my wife’s order and mine! 7:45 on a Saturday, yes was busy, but not that bad! Hard to tell who was actually working the bar? Lots of Servers behind the bar, Busboys cleaning glasses… who are we supposed to flag for service? Couple next to us was also frustrated trying to get anyone to take their dinner order! Definitely needs some work and better communication and better process!

My wife and I chose to celebrate Valentines Day Weekend 2025 at the Capital Grille in Southlake, TX. We could not have asked for a better experience! The food was delicious, the ambiance was amazing and the service Adrienne provided was beyond superb! This is my new favorite restaurant and I will be a frequent visitor. Thank you for a fantastic evening Capital Grille.

Laura was very nice and attentive as a server. We really appreciated the distance between tables and the ability to hear our own conversation. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

only one waitress covering whole bar area. Watched Manager walking around doing nothing and not interacting with guests.
