Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Overall, our experience was outstanding! We started off a little rocky with an unpleasant comment from the hostess and a wait for our table, but all was well once we were seated. We had a wonderful waitress who was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. Everything was delicious!

We arrived about an hour earlier before our reservation and went to the bar for some cocktails and appetizers. The bar tender was very attentive and we had the tuna and crab cakes - both were amazing! Once we were seating in the main dining room service was on point with our server. She did so well and our food was delicious. What was missing was a little background music, like a piano playing or something like that to make the experience a little more enjoyable for the holiday meal.

It was our first time to Capital Grill in Southlake. Great ambiance and awesome staff. I rated the food 3 stars as two 10-ounce steaks that were supposed to be medium plus came out well done ( no pink). They don’t ask you to cut into them to make sure cooked right.

The food was wonderful, and my Espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had. Our server Ashley was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Best server ever! She made us feel like we were the sole reason they opened the restaurant last night. Thank you, Ashley, for a perfect evening!
