Groups of 9 or more are required to dine on our set "Experience" menu. Join us for a 4-course meal that will impress you and leave you satisfied. We start off our menu with Korean fried cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. Following this comes our smoked bacon Caesar and salmon tartare. Next is our "Pitmaster Platter" which includes; brisket, burnt ends, St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, and fried chicken. Accompanied with collard greens, coleslaw, pickles and crispy french fries. Finally, we serve you a delicious dessert platter of brownie bites, banoffee pie, caramel popcorn, candied bananas and a drizzle of caramel.
