    Groups of 9 or more are required to dine on our set "Experience" menu. Join us for a 4-course meal that will impress you and leave you satisfied. We start off our menu with Korean fried cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. Following this comes our smoked bacon Caesar and salmon tartare. Next is our "Pitmaster Platter" which includes; brisket, burnt ends, St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, and fried chicken. Accompanied with collard greens, coleslaw, pickles and crispy french fries. Finally, we serve you a delicious dessert platter of brownie bites, banoffee pie, caramel popcorn, candied bananas and a drizzle of caramel.

    The Carbon Bar Experience ($99/person) offers a delectable and flavoursome tasting of our à la carte menu served to elevate and curate an unforgettable dining experience at The Carbon Bar. All items on the fixed menus will be served to you and your guests, family-style, where all plates are designed to be shared amongst the group. Please let us know if there are any allergies or dietary restrictions that we should be made aware of as the menus can be modified to accommodate accordingly. Please note that the participation of the entire group is required.

    We sat at the bar and had a great time. Our bartender was great (his name escapes me brunette, tall, funny). My husband requested this for his Birthday meal. We were treated like family. We had not been there in a few years and happy we went back ❤️ highly recommend!!

    Incredible spot for dinner and drinks. A must visit restaurant if you're in the city or looking to entertain a larger friend group. The BBQ platter is something you'll remember, and revisit.

    Food was excellent. We arrived early, so the service was excellent because it wasn’t busy. The Raised by Wolves cocktail was fabulous! Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!

    The only thing better than the food was the service - polished, friendly and efficient. Oh and the cocktails - the cocktails were interesting and delicious. Such a beautiful room. Epic experience.

    A spectacular space with great food and thoughtfully crafted cocktails. The personable service of our bartender however made the experience truly memorable! Highly recommend this place for a special occasion or a casual evening of drinks and appetizers!
