                                      Very good food. Crab cakes and smoked fish for appetizers were delicious. I tried the colorado bass - excellent!

                                      Kelly - our waitress - was amazing. Super nice. Golden Hour with oysters and bubbly was amazing! Had their hybrid CO bass and it was delish. Kids had Mac & cheese (we all wanted some) and fish (friend battered grouper) and fries (perfect old bat seasoning). Topped off with tasty fun dessert and some perfect espresso martinis! Thanks to The Carlin for a great family dinner memory.

                                      Nye is a bit pricey, but everything was delicious. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Thanks to the somm, he made a great wine rec. chefs table was fun, they were engaging and have some interesting beck ground stories regarding the evolution of the menu.

                                      We had an amazing experience at The Carlin on NYE! The food was amazing, the service was impeccable! We had the opportunity to sit at the Chefs counter. The Chef and his staff are a great team. They were open and engaging while working hard to deliver incredible meals!

                                      Excellent service & ambience. We enjoyed our appetizers - the buttermilk biscuits & hush puppies. Unfortunately all of us ordered fish & all of us were disappointed in our entrees. The mahi was overcooked & did not have much flavor. The fish & chips were also flavorless. We had high hopes, but were disappointed in our visit. Maybe non-fish options are the way to go?

                                      The food was fantastic and we are difficult to please. The short rib, the scallops, the brussel sprout side, and tuna dish were all a hit and so difficult. Amazing flavors, intriguing ingredient pairings. The staff were very accommodating.

                                      Normally we love the food. This time not so much at all. The Ono was a special and it was seared like tuna which was fine but there was nothing to dip it in …. The entire center of the fish was rare which is great except without a sauce or seasoning it was so bland Just raw bland fish with no soy sauce or other means of flavor. I didn’t eat another bite, took it home and cooked it in soy sauce and sesame oil.
