The Carlin, in Breckenridge, CO, has transformed one of Breck’s integral downtown properties into an extraordinary three-story experience – each level with a realm of its own.                                       We had dinner here on Christmas Eve with our 5 year old and 5 month old. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Breckenridge.

                                      We have lived in Colorado for 20 years and I have never had as good a meal and service as we did at The Carlin. Braised Short ribs were amazing! Shrimp scampi delicious! I'll be going back as this is my new go-to for great dinner and Golden Hour!

                                      The Carlin was truly an all encompassing experience. Hospitality, quality and service are just a few things to list. Our waitress Amelia was such a light of joy while offering amazing recommendations. The food was hands down better than the Michelin Star restaurant I just tried in Denver. No cap. 10/10.

                                      Service was great. Brussel-sprouts appetizer (with duck confit and dehydrated bing cherries) was amazingly delicious. Jalapeno hush puppies appetizer were surprisingly good as well. The shrimp scampi (to which we added scallops) and the scallops special were both excellent. The servings were so large we had to bring all but the hush puppies (which don't reheat well anyway) home for leftovers! We also enjoyed the "Simpler Thyme" (zero-proof) drinks, to the point where we had five of them (sharing the fifth). If only we'd had room for dessert!

                                      Top notch restaurant experience! We had a table of 5 reserved for weeks, called 24 hours in advance and they worked with us to allow a +1. Menu: it was clear that Chef put lots of effort into the menu and the selections were great. My wife was not too excited for her tuna dish, which she felt was too well done. She brought it to Staff's attention and they immediately offered her another selection, and no questions asked. Extremely professional FOH staff!

                                      We had such a lovely experience at the Carlin! Our waiter Connor was well-versed on the menu, passionate about the restaurant, and more than happy to provide recommendations. Greyson, the general manager, welcomed us right as we walked in and continuously made us special throughout the night. We had gone for my boyfriend's birthday and every dish we had, every drink, and especially the banana bread dessert made our evening memorable. Thanks a million for a great night!
