Part of Ventura County's most coveted wine and food tasting venue, The Cave at Ventura Wine Co. is also a wonderful standalone restaurant. With more than 25 years in operation, it promises diners that rare blend of beautifully crafted dishes alongside wines that seem to have been made just for them. The menu of The Cave at Ventura Wine Co. changes monthly due to seasonal availability of premium ingredients. However, both the lunch and dinner menus feature plates and dishes well suited to good wine. Shared bites and artisanal cheese and charcuterie plates are a good way to begin. Guests of The Cave at Ventura Wine Co. can then advance to delicious pizzas, savory salads, an array of small plates and entrées and unforgettable desserts.
