The Chalet Saint Patrick's Celebration is offering an Irish pre-set menu or our regular menu with reservations at 6 pm and 7:30 pm in our Main Dining Room. Menu-- soda bread; appetizer-seafood chowder-fish, shrimp, mussels, bacon potatoes in a creamy broth; Entree choice of 1; Guiness pot roast or fried whitefish-battered served with malt vinegar aioli; dessert- Roscommon rhubarb tart with vanilla ice cream; non alcohol beverage included. There will be live entertainment by Mc Taggert Irish Dancers out of Lexington, KY. No Show charged $10 per person. The pre-set menu price includes the cover charge to enjoy the entertainment. If ordering from the main menu you will have an additional $10 per person charge dining from 6pm -9 pm

Come enjoy the delicious taste of New Orleans as we go into the lent season! Pre set menu $55 per person to include non alcohol beverage. Cornbread with honeybutter, appetizer: fried alligator with side of remoulade, Entree choice of 1; blackened gulf redfish with red beans, rice, andouille and lemon garlic swiss chard or Pork Tenderloin grillades-seared medallions, simmered in bourbon creole borwn suace served over jalapeno cheddar grits & lemon garlic swiss chard, dessert; New Orleans beignets. Regular menu will still be offered along with the Mardi gras Srove "Fat Tuesday" menu. serving 4 pm -9 pm.
